The way that you love me is a way I’ve never been loved before. I made so many mistakes, but the way that you love me. I’ve turned my back on you so many times, but the way that you love me. You love me for more than the sinner I am, you look past my flaws, and you still call me your own. You never let me down even when I thought you let me go. Your love is an unconditional love; a love no man could ever give me. A love my mother, father, and grandparents could never give me. I spent so much time searching for a love that was forgiving and merciful. A love where my flaws were loved just as much as my perfections were. A love where I wouldn’t be judged for my mistakes. Even when I didn’t realize that love came from you, you still loved me. You allowed me to experience so many heartbreaks just for me to realize how much you love me. So I’m here to tell you, the way that you love me is everything I need, don’t ever let me go. You’re everything I need, and I’m glad you never let me go. Now I know that you are love.
